Career Day 2008

Career Awareness Day, March 26, 2008, was a huge success!  Over 40 presenters came to our school to familiarize our students with various careers, occupations and businesses.  The Miami Beach Police were here with a myriad of vehicles as well as Miami-Dade Water Dept., Miami-Dade Transit, Miami Corrections Dept., Miami-Dade Police Horse Patrol, Surfside Police, Miami Beach and Haulover Beach Lifeguards.  We also had representatives from FEDEX, Washington Mutual Bank, PUBLIX, Mt. Sinai Hospital and The Miami Herald. 
        As always it was perfectly organized by one of our school's counselors Mrs. Roslyn Jaffe.
